Posting to Quickbooks

Introduction

The QuickBooks Connector is a “bridge” that allows you to post information from HoudiniEsq to QuickBooks in real-time. In this article, we will explain how to install the Connector, set it up in HoudiniEsq, post to it and finally uninstall the Connector if necessary.

Connecting locally to Quickbooks

If you are using a on-premise or cloud account you can use the HoudiniEsq Quickbooks connector to connect to your local copy of QuickBooks desktop. Below is the video tutorial. The video is a bit dated but it is still valid since the QuickBooks Connector hasn’t changed Just the HoudiniEsq UI has over the years.

We strongly suggest that you use HoudiniEsq’s QuickBooks online integration especially if you have a HoudiniEsq cloud account. Below is the video tutorial.
