Unruh Automations

The following workflow automations have already been built into the Unruh Civil Rights Act (Unruh) PCQ. For more information on how to edit them, review the Workflow Automations section of the Organization Settings.

Show Economic Loss - This automation will hide or show the group of fields relating to whether the current user or complainant selects "Yes" to having suffered economic loss as a result of the harmful action specified in the complaint. They will be able to specify the type of economic damage, the date of economic damage incursion, a brief summary of the damages and whether they have any witnesses to support it. If the user selects "No", these fields will not be shown.

Show Non-Economic Loss - This automation will hide or show the group of fields relating to whether the current user or complainant selects "Yes" to having suffered non-economic loss as a result of the harmful action specified in the complaint. They will be able to specify the type of non-economic damage, the date of non-economic damage incursion, a brief summary of the damages and whether they have any witnesses to support it. If the user selects "No", these fields will not be shown.

Witness Message - This automation will display a reminder to the complainant to add a Witness contact to the PCQ. It will display when they answer "Yes" to "Do you have a witness?"
