Matter Rate Types
How to setup Matter Rates
Open Organization Manager
Click the orange arrow to access the main menu.
Select Organization.
Rename a Matter Rate Type
You will find 3 basic types. Discount Base Rate and Premium.
To rename
Overwrite the name and click [save]
Add a Matter Rate Type
To add
Click the green plus icon. A new entry field will appear. Enter the name of your new Matter Rate Type and click [Save]
Delete a Matter Rate Type
To delete
Click the red minus icon next to the Matter Rate Type you wish to remove.
PLEASE NOTE.
You should not remove a Matter Rate Type unless you are sure it isn't being used on any open Invoices.
